Visiting the trail

We can't wait for you to come and discover the Canary Wharf canines at Paws on the Wharf!

The total trail distance is approximately five and a half kilometres but is set out in 'Areas'. Each Area has a cluster of sculptures. That way, you can choose to visit as many areas as you wish.

We have a free accessible trail map that you can download, plus different options to help you with visiting and experiencing the trail.

Pick up a printed trail map

You can collect a free printed trail map in Canary Wharf from the following locations:

  • Our pop-up shop during our events - see the events page for when these are happening.

  • Canary Wharf - One Canada Square 24/7 reception.

  • Canary Wharf - Minigolf at Montgomery Square (open 12pm - 6pm daily - but may be closed in extreme weather conditions).

Experience the trail with the NaviLens App

We are using NaviLens codes and NaviLens QR codes on our trail to help people with sight loss better experience the trail when using the NaviLens App. The NaviLens codes and QR codes are positioned on each sculpture plinth to help you locate the sculptures in the trail areas, and to enable you to listen to audio information about the sculptures, artists and sponsors.

Find out more about this accessible technology and how to download it before you visit.

Book on a sighted guide and sensory tour

We're offering a limited number of free bookable sighted guide and sensory tours through the event period.

Order a large print trail map or braille guide

If you'd like to receive the trail map in large format or a braille guide, please email the team at pawsonthewharf@guidedogs.org.uk to request the format you require.

Please note that we will need five working days' notice so that we can produce the guide and send it via the post.

Download our digital trail map and location information

Use our trail map to navigate the trail and find all the sculptures. Please note that this includes a visual map which may not be accessible to everyone. To help, we have also provided an accessible Word document that includes information about the sculptures and their locations.
