Stages to becoming a Puppy Walker

Next steps

Once you have registered your interest to become a puppy walker, a member of our team will contact you to notify you of the next steps and send you an application form.

If you meet the required criteria to become a puppy walker, one of our Puppy Walking Supervisors will contact you to arrange a visit to your home for an informal interview which will last approximately an hour and a half.

This first visit will provide us with information we require to make sure you and your family are able to cope with the demands of having a puppy. Your Puppy Walking Supervisor will also be able to give you information and answer your questions, so that a well-informed decision can be made as to whether you wish to go ahead with your application. It is important that you and your family enjoy puppy walking and both parties benefit from the experience.

Whatever the outcome of your interview, we will inform you within 10 working days. If you are accepted your name will be added to the waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as a suitable puppy is ready.

If you are interested in becoming a Puppy Walker, please consult the FAQs.  If puppy walking is right for you check for vacancies in your area.
